Moderators responsibilities (with timelines)

Any proposal post should try to be pinned to the top of the sub if possible. Leave proposal posts pinned in sub for the duration of it's vote if possible (not always possible to pin due to other important issues that need to be pinned, or other ongoing or upcoming votes pinned already etc.).

Ensure only approved members are posting proposals, or if it's someone running for a contributor role they can also post (if more complex goverance is again implemented).

Announce the vote results in a post.
