Recommendations to moderators

Allow more detailed responses to occur in the monthly auditor report (if role is active)

In mod only sections, restrict writing to mod notes (that only other mods, auditor, and ambassador can see before monthly auditor report shares with wider community) - In other words

To avoid false accusations that can be brought against moderators when certain keywords are used in modmail by Reddit's automated systems keep interactions brief and very generic to any member /non members.

Only refer to rules of sub by their number heading in any Modmail messages from users seeking to reverse a ban decision, or upset at a temporary or permanent ban. Consider not responding at all unless no reason was given for ban somewhere conveyed to them.

Example 1: In response to a member asking why a post removed. Moderator response: Sub rule 2.

If a user is removed from the group - give a detailed note left for other mods. As as a note for the Redditor involving the ban/removal - can be left blank as auditor will detail later (still giving accountability) or be brief such as -

1, 3, 5. ( This signifies rules 1, 3 and 5 of sub were broken for example. Or another way

Rules 1, 3, 5. Or.... Rules 1, 3, and 5 were broken.

etc.
